Post-post-modern diva Meow Meow’s unique brand of ‘kamikaze cabaret’ and performance art exotica has hypnotized, inspired and terrified audiences globally. The spectacular crowd-surfing queen of song has had trail-blazing sell-out seasons from New York's Lincoln Centre and Berlin's Bar Jeder Vernunft to London’s Apollo Theatre and the Sydney Opera House. Named ‘SENSATIONAL’ (The Times UK), one of the Top Performers of the Year by The New Yorker, ‘The Queen of Chanson’ by the Berliner Zeitung and ‘a phenomenon’ by the Australian press, multi-award winning Meow has been curated by David Bowie, Pina Bausch and Mikhail Baryshnikov amongst others, and has created original works for numerous international arts festivals and venues as well as performing everything from Brecht/Weill's Dreigroschenoper with the London Philharmonic to Schubert and Schumann with orchestra, to Andriessen with the Los Angeles Philharmonic to touring with punk outfit Amanda Palmer and The Dresden Dolls. She starred on London's West End in Michel Legrand and Kneehigh Theatre's The Umbrellas of Cherbourg and returned to the West End for a series of solo concerts at The Apollo. 

She has had numerous critically acclaimed seasons of her original works at London's Southbank Centre including Meow Meow's Little Match Girl, Feline Intimate and most recently Apocalypse Meow: Crisis is Born. She opened Berkeley Rep's 2014 season with a new music theatre work An Audience with Meow Meow, directed by Kneehigh's Emma Rice that will continue to tour the US. She has won the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe Prize, Green Room Awards, Helpmann Awards, Sydney Theatre Critics and the New York Franklin Furnace Performance Art Award. She holds a Sidney Myer Foundation Creative Fellowship. Upcoming: Die Sieben Todsünden with Orchestra Victoria, further collaborations with Barry Humphries and the Australian Chamber Orchestra on lost and banned Weimar works, an album with Pink Martini and further performances with the Oregon Symphony and the London Philharmonic.
