Miladin Batalović began playing the violin with nine years in Kragujevac. In 1996 he finished Kornelije Stanković Music School in Belgrade, where he also performed as a soloist in the Bruch's Violin concerto No. 1 in G Minor. He studied in Stuttgart under the supervision of Gerhard Voss and Antonio Spiller from 1997 until 2002. Under the guidance of Joachim Schall he graduated from his studies of contemporary music with excellence in 2005. In the 2005/06 season he became a member of the Munich Radio Orchestra. He took part in master classes by Wofram König and Jorge Sutil. 

Since 2007 he has been the Principal Second violin at the Symphony Orchestra of the Slovene National Theatre Maribor. During his career he has worked with several German orchestras, such as: Freiburg Opera House, Wurttemberg Philharmonic Orchestra, Reutlingen, Opera Stuttgart, Munich Radio Orchestra, State Theatre at Gärtnerplatz and with conductors, such as: Lawrence Foster, Sir Neville Marriner, Kristof Penderecki, Daniel Oren, Carlo Rizzi and Vladimir Ashkenazy.
